Orange Crush Smoothie

Orange Crush Smoothie:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 opal apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4″ ginger
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Splash of water for consistency.

Note: Put all ingredients in blender on high for 60 seconds. Delicious, great for digestion and packed with nutrients to give you that get up and go!
