Folks, this will get your morning ROCKING with simple and healthy ingredients. This happy breakfast treat contains protein, fiber & healthy fat that keeps you full!! Make a big batch to enjoy during the week. You can add or adjust the recipe according to your taste.


(add ricotta first and layer with fruits, nuts, & seeds. then sprinkle on cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup)

  • Light/Low Fat Ricotta Cheese – 2-3 tablespoons (contains 8-10 grams of protein and contains selenium, calcium, A & B12 vitamins)
  • Blueberries & Strawberries – slices of strawberries & 8 blueberries (anti-oxidants which strengthen immune system)
  • Peach – 1/4 of peach sliced (great for weight lose)
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon (balances blood sugar & boosts metabolism)
  • Pumpkin Seeds – 7-8 (omega 3 healthy for body & brain)
  • Pistachio Nuts – 7-8 (rich in Vitamin E & good source of energy)
